Chipotle Fundraiser

Our Chipotle Fundraiser is TONIGHT at the Perryville location from 5-9pm. Please be sure to mention the fundraiser when you check out – the flyer is attached. If you order online or in the app use the code CKWZMXL so that RSYO will still get credit. We will earn up to 33% of sales that acknowledge the fundraiser tonight! Spread the word!

Instrument Introduction Videos

This coming Sunday, November 13, I will be at rehearsal to record some videos of different musicians introducing their instruments. We are going to use these to encourage elementary school students to sign up for band or orchestra and to consider which instrument they may want to play. I have a short script to help with this as well. I need one instrument from each section. If you are particularly interested in doing this, please let me know – we’ll start filming about 2pm (before rehearsal) since there is no Chamber rehearsal this week. I will also be sending out some individual emails to make sure every instrument is covered.

Volunteers Needed!

We need help at this Saturday’s concert at the Coronado! Many of our patrons are struggling to transition to the Digital Concert Guide. If you can be smiling face to help load this on their smartphones in the lobby we need you! Specifically from 6:00pm when the doors open until 7:30pm when the concert starts. Please let me or Audra know if you can help (and we will sign for volunteer hours if needed, too).

 Also, don’t forget to request your concert tickets for this Saturday. It should be a great concert!
