Hello musicians and parents! 

Our Fall Orchestra Concert is this Sunday, November 20 at 3pm at Belvidere Performing Arts Center, 1500 East Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008. Where did the fall semester go?!

I encourage you to purchase your tickets online here. Great parking is available by the tennis courts behind the PAC.

We will be having a Dessert Reception immediately following the concert in the lobby of the PAC. Please sign up here to bring a treat for the reception.

Students

*Please plan to arrive for rehearsal by 12:15pm so it can begin promptly at 12:30pm. On time is late for rehearsals!

As a reminder personal appearance should be neat and professional at all RSYO concerts and events. Musicians are expected to wear professional concert all-black attire. This includes: close-toed shoes, black socks or dark tights/hosiery (legs should not be bare) and shirts should have long or 3/4 length sleeves.

Parents

Volunteers are needed to help with tickets and program cards. Please email me if you would like to help. The box office opens at 2:30pm. Volunteers will be released to attend the performance when it begins.

We also need volunteers to bring snack/drinks for rehearsal. Please sign up here.
