RSYO Updates (11/3/23)

Lots of updates for you as we start approaching our concerts!

Volunteers!

We have lots of volunteer opportunities for students, parents, and anyone else who may want to get involved with the RSO! Sign up for a volunteer slot here where you can see all the upcoming opportunities. Not listed – we also need a volunteer during the day or after school to help organize RSYO t-shirts for distribution. Let us know if you would be interested in helping do that and we can set up a time that works!

Chamber Tickets

Chamber tickets are on sale here and we recommend getting them early to avoid waiting at the door. Tickets are just $5, RSYO members are FREE. We encourage everyone to come even if you aren’t a part of the chamber group. Come support your peers!

Beethoven’s Fifth Tickets

Make sure to get your comp requests in for the November 18th performance of Beethoven’s Fifth. It's gonna be a good one! You can request up to three complementary tickets here for being a part of RSYO.

Chipotle Fundraiser

The Wednesday after our full orchestra Concert Nov 22nd, we’ll be doing our fundraiser at the Chipotle on Perryville Road. This is a casual opportunity to get together with other RSYO members and help raise some funds for RSYO in doing so. All you have to do is mention the fundraiser when purchasing your meal. If you are doing an online order, you can use code: TNMHM6V. It’s a nice way to take care of dinner while prepping for Thanksgiving!

Music Scholarship

For seniors interested in pursuing an education in music, the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois has a scholarship available. Applications are due here by January 1st.
