RSYO Camp Follow-up
Hi RSYO,
I wanted to follow up with everyone about Camp day (even if you couldn’t attend, I will cover some of the things you missed).
First and foremost, I just wanted to congratulate everyone for a successful Camp day! Students: I know it was a long day and after talking with some of you, learning that you’ve been at band camp all week, or a full day of volleyball camp the day before I’m sure was exhausting. So, thank you for carving out a day in your busy schedules for RSYO! I think we’re already starting to make amazing music together. Parents: Thank you for supporting your children to take part in all these activities and for coming through to make our end-of-the-day potluck a big success!
As a reminder to all, our Member info page has most of the information you may need throughout the season (season schedule, link to pay tuition, copy of the handbook, etc.). We try really hard to keep the page up to date with anything you may need to know so please make sure you check it out if you have any questions.
Some important things:
If you did not pick up your invoice, they will be mailed to you. Sterling String Quartet Members: I will be sending an email to you separately about if you choose to pay online.
If you had a separate conversation with either Margo or I on Camp day, if you could send us a follow up email would be wonderful (it was a long day for us as well and we want to make sure we don’t forget anything that was brought up).
Once again, we would love to have ALL of RSYO present on the opening night of our 90th season on September 9! If you are able to join us, please fill out this form to receive up to three complimentary tickets! If any students would like to help out as a volunteer (which can be used as community service hours) please fill out this form.
Lastly below is an outline of the points we covered during our parent meeting if you would like to recap or were unable to attend.
