9:30-12:00p – Full Orchestra Rehearsal

12:00-1:00p – Lunch from Jason’s Deli, make your selection here

1:00-2:15p – Full Orchestra Rehearsal

2:15-3:00p – “Name that Tune” Game & Break

3:00-4:00p – Full Orchestra Rehearsal

4:00-5:00p – Orchestra Break with Speed Uno Game

4:00-5:00p – Parents’ Meeting in the RMP Theater just off the lobby of the Riverfront Museum Park

5:00-5:45p – Open Rehearsal (parents are invited to attend)

5:45-7:00p – Musician & Family Potluck. Sign up here.

7:00-7:15p – Clean-up- all hands on deck!
