Concert Cancellation Policy
I. CANCELLATION
The RSO will endeavor to perform all scheduled concerts, even under the most difficult circumstances. In general, performances will be canceled or rescheduled only if the audience's or performers' safety is at risk. The decision to cancel any concert will be made by the RSO Board President, Executive Director, and Music Director in consultation.
II. NOTIFICATION
Every avenue that is available to the RSO will be used to inform audience members of a concert cancellation or rescheduling. That may include but is not limited to email, phone calls, text messages, and posting on social media and on the RSO website.
