The RSO announces the following auditions for the 2025/26 season:

The Rockford Symphony Orchestra is located approximately 1½ hours west-by-northwest of downtown Chicago and offers approximately 35 services per season. 

$94.60/service (Section)

$106.43/service (Assistant Principal)

$118.25/service (Principal)

$0.21/mile round-trip for musicians living further from 30 miles from any RSO venue

*Maximum Travel Stipend is $55/service

RSO Musicians are represented by the Chicago Federation of Musicians (CFM), Local 10-208. CFM is a Local of the American Federation of Musicians (AFM).
